Shipping Policy

CritterBloom apparel is made to order through our production partner. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated transit times

• United States: typically 2–5 business days after production.
• International: typically 10–30 business days after production.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, and destination may affect arrival time.

Rates and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for your order.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production begins.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.
