These Terms of Service apply when you browse or purchase from CritterBloom by Twelvefold. By using the storefront, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store use

You may use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the site, misuse its content, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and orders

We aim to present product images, colors, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production processes can cause small variations. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Our apparel is produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Refunds, replacements, and shipping questions are handled under our Refund & Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

CritterBloom, Twelvefold, the creature names, artwork, copy, and other original brand materials are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be copied, resold, or commercially reused without written permission.

Third-party services

Payments, production, shipping, analytics, and other storefront functions may be provided by trusted third parties. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
